A dream is drawn from the depths of your being. It defies logic and transcends limitations. Whether it slumbers in caverns of consciousness or dances with delight on your facial expressions, it is a guiding force. What do you dream? What are the metaphors in your life? What is the unique symbology of your consciousness? Ask yourself these questions daily and soon your dream will reflect clearly upon all surfaces of your current life.

- I have the courage to contemplate metaphors that come up in my life. When virtuous desires align with my actions, my dream takes shape in front of me.

To dance is to move rhythmically in a creative expression of the Self. Any and all aspects of Your Self can dance. Your heart, the workings of your mind, your body…

What moves you to dance? The music of your Dreams? Nature? Love? Discovery? Pursuance of your desires?

- I feel pure joy and grace when I allow my mind and body to dance to the rhythm of my Spirit. I feel complete and fulfilled when I am able to let go of my inhibitions.

- I enjoy the experience of dancing in other senses of the word. My heart dances with love, my mind dances with wisdom, my spine dances with health, my body dances with will to act upon my desires and my Being dances with light.

Exploring takes courage, an open mind and a desire to discover. Life is a voyage, tantalizing and promising. Embarking upon a journey stirs emotion, be mindful of your anticipation and your fears. Embrace your feelings and allow introspection to be your compass.

- I know that in order to make sense of my world, I must look within. The answers to all my questions are available to me when my spirit is aligned with nature, when I am connected to the Source.

We are able to empathize when we identify or experience vicariously the thoughts, feelings and/or attitudes of another. To cultivate this virtue, practice putting yourself “in their shoes,” before making a judgment or forming an opinion. Developed empathy magnetizes tolerance and an ability to remain calm in the eye of the storm.

- I care about the welfare of others, I can help others generate peace and love by empathizing with their trials and tribulations.

- I feel loved and secure when others understand and care about my current position in time and space.

Politeness is a reflection of “The Golden Rule,” treat others as you would be treated. Applying this virtue shows respect and consideration for the relationship you have or are creating with others. Demonstrating politeness adds value to society, attracts esteemed relations, and reflects other desirable qualities like tact, diplomacy and eloquence.

- I exhibit politeness in every transaction with humans and other living creatures. I practice doing no harm so as to reflect the same treatment in my life.

- Who I am on the inside is displayed outwardly through the way I treat others.

Change is motion, it is life. We change daily by reacting to our daily experiences. We flex and flourish through the beautifully crafted dance of the individual. Embrace the process to undergo transformation; awareness of choice helps us understand different points of view. Empathize with all sides of a situation or dilemma and, if necessary, act with clarity and wisdom. When you embody the attitude for Change, you are a receptacle for ideas and concepts that originate from different circumstances, and are consulted for advice and direction.

-   I have the capacity to understand different opinions and assist in finding common ground.

-   I practice detachment and empathy so that I may serve others with guidance and clarity.

-   I view challenges as a vital element for growth.

For Courage to exist, there must be fear; something to be courageous about. Since “Courage” means “heart,” consider facing fear with your heart. Assist others in doing so through encouragement which is heartfelt support and gentle stimulation without expectation or personal agenda. Come from your heart when you choose to nurture confidence in another and your sincerity will elevate them.

-   I face fear with pure and simple trust from my heart.

-  My posture, demeanor, countenance and spirit radiate strength.

Generosity means giving for the sake of fueling the Universal ebb and flow of Creation. Giving is as nourishing as Receiving. The two define each other and cannot exist without the other. The more you give, the higher your vibrational frequency, and the easier it is to continue upon your Intended Path of Purpose.

- I am generous in giving and humble in receiving.

- I experience the magic of Generosity. I possess nothing and therefore no-things possess me; I give openly and with purpose.

- I am free from guilt, obligation and attachment.

Listening is a healing power of empathy, compassion, love and support. Pay close attention, notice facial expressions and other unspoken cues. Try to feel the talking person’s emotion. Show encouragement by leaning in, nodding and maintaining eye contact.

- When I listen, I am in a heightened state of awareness.

- I truly listen to others and I attract the same support into my life.
