We assist in creating an “Ideal Career Plan.” Utilizing the Treasure Map Success Journal we help assess skills, explore and identify unique value and interest inventories, motivational drives, needs, attitudes and aptitudes. Among other useful guidance, we have years of experience in the development/enhancement of a dynamic and alluring resume.

Small Business Coaching

We specialize in small and upstart business planning. When a client is ready to realize a dream into a business, TWI provides support, feedback and strategies to help client recognize ways they can augment the effectiveness of leadership/teamwork, goals/program development, recordkeeping, sales/marketing, time management, employee motivation/accountability, communication/public speaking skills, and other business functions.

Spiritual Coaching

We provide meaningful conversations with a confidant who practices no bias, judgment or attachment to outcome. The client leads the coaching process by choosing the direction of exploration based on the coach’s particular insight or line of inquiry. TWI’s Spiritual Coaching program acts as a catalyst to unite the mind, body and soul and reinforce the client’s personal inner guidance system or intuition. A session is centered upon aiding the client to answer their own questions by tapping into their inner strength and supporting them to take action and effect changes from that place. Inner strength is cultivated and empowered by focusing on the inner workings of the mind, body, and spirit. Sessions encourage the study and acceptance of emotions, desires and needs, living consciously and purposefully, sharpening awareness of habits and patterns and creating change to liberate from limitations.
